Activist lawyer, Femi Falana, has urged the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, not to sign the 2017 budget because it was illegally increased by the National Assembly. The worldwide financial organisation, World Bank, has cautioned that Nigeria faces prospects of fragile economic recovery this year.
